History

Known originally as Koetsier, Hekman, van Zutphen (KHZ), AGS Global Solutions – Netherlands was established in 1977 in Alphen aan den Rijn, a centrally located city within the Randstad of the Netherlands.

We soon expanded our operations, acquiring two removals businesses with excellent reputations: Kalisvaart, in The Hague, and Kiesewetter, in Den Helder.

In 2017, KHZ was acquired by the MOBILITAS Group, a French conglomerate comprised of international moving and relocations subsidiaries around the world.

To preserve our sterling reputation, MOBILITAS opted for a partial rebrand, and we became known as AGS KHZ. The rebrand was completed in 2023, and AGS Global Solutions Netherlands was born.

In our more than 40 years of operation we’ve developed into a leading, innovative, and financially healthy moving company. And although we’ve gone by different names, our goal has never changed: to offer a wide range of moving and relocation solutions to private individuals, international corporations, and organizations relocating their employees overseas.

We believe there is a market for a company that can offer innovative and turnkey moving and relocation solutions. That there is a need for an organization that empathises with the challenges you face as you start life in a new country.

We pride ourselves on crafting solutions that minimise the stress associated with international transfers.
